FRANKIE DETTORI RIDES ''ALL IN THE RED''
Haydock, June 10th, The great Frankie Dettori, probably the best jockey of all time along with Lester Piggot rode All In The Red into 3rd place at Haydock, ok there was only 4 runners but it sounds good, All In The Red once again ran right up to his mark and was very unlucky to come up against 2 very in form horses in Gloucster and Saloon. Frankie said a small field was totally against him hich we knew anyway. It was a pleasure to have one of the all time greats riding my own horse and a day I will treasure forever.
Nottingham, April 8th. All In The Red drifted from 14/1 out to 33/1 before winning by 3/4L with probably a bit in hand, there was not a prouder owner in the country than myself yesterday and think it is just starting to sink in now. Joe Fanning who replaced Jamie Moriarty who was stuck in traffic gave him a cracking ride but also said this ground was as fast as he wants. If all is well I will run him on Southwells A/W track on the 23rd April in another handicap over 1m
The so called experts said he would not stay, we knew different
Southwell April 23rd. All In The Red totally missed the break losing atleast 10 -15L so that was race over before it started. Very Disappointing but I suppose that's racing. I'm now looking at maybe a Cass 4 handicap at Southwell over 1m3f on the 5th May. If the ground is not too firm we will run him at York on the 13th May, this is mainly for the day out and if he does anything its a bonus
Haydock, May 21st. All In The Red as usual missed the start but stayed on well and only just got nabbed on the line by a horse who was gambled on from 12/1 into 11/2, I think we were very unlucky. I did mention on here that he had an outstanding E/W shout so anyone that took my advice would have won a little bit prize money.
Carlisle, June 24th, All In The Red runs in the Cumberland Plate, well he took part, he finished 2nd last but basically he did not like the downhill slopes, he has hurting and pulling himself up, Jamie Morriary then looked after him. Jamie asked afterwards if he has had leg problems which he has so it really shows how good Jamie is, he knew the score, he knew Red was hurting and he looked after him, well done Jamie, from now on it's flat tracks only, i will now look for a little claimer or handicap, Hamiton is now ruled out
Redcar, July 29th, All In The Red ran at Redcar in a Claimer and finished a gutsy 3rd staying on well, he was found to be very lame afterwards and after calling the vets in the morning he was found to have broken a bone behind his knee, surgery will probably cost more than the horse is worth if needed so he may have to be retired, I will no more on Monday 3rd

On Thursday 5th March I Claimed
All In The Red

Walking back to the yard with up and coming apprentice Matty Dickinson
I claimed All In The Red from a claiming race at Wolverhampton and he will be trained by Andy Crook, we are at present looking for a race to run him in.

All In The Red' having his first work out on Middleham Moor
Tuesday 5th August
ALL IN THE RED IS RETIRED
All In The Red who broke a bone in the back of the knee during his 3rd placed effort at Redcar has had to be retired from racing after the vet said there was just too much damage and he would not make a full recovery to race competitive again.
There were 2 options, to have him put to sleep or try and find a home, having him put to sleep is the easy way out but not for me, I'm at present looking for a good home for him and will continue to pay for him to be well looked after until we can find him a good home
